Unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange at this time due to covid-19.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you'd like to cancel after 24 hours you're only eligible for store credit. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@vagipearl.com 

Shipping
Our products are shipped within 7-14 Business Days using the following carriers: USPS is in charge of all claims involving stolen, damaged or lost packages. Please reach out to USPS by contacting your local post office and/or filling out a form on their website. If your item has been delayed we will keep you updated on the shipment date of your package. Because of the high dispatch amount please allow USPS 2-3 days to sort and scan each package
